Several Common Conception Symptoms Are Not Hard To Spot
Your body send out several signals when there is new life on the horizon. Common conception symptoms can put you in the know well before even the first day of a missed period. Your body starts ringing bells and whistles as soon as implantation has occurred and the more in tune you are with your body, the quicker you will recognize the signs of change.
One of the first symptoms that you are likely to experience is that of an elevated body temperature. When you are ovulating your temperature is naturally a few degrees higher, and this is of course the prime time for conception. Once implantation occurs you may feel flushed, dizzy and are likely to feel especially warm on the cheeks or at the top of the ears, which is often a sign of a rapid and drastic hormonal change. Some women are even prone to getting the chills and have a greater sensitivity when exposed to cold, especially around the breast area.
For the super sensitive individual that is highly in tune with her body it is likely that there may be breast and nipple sensitivity even as soon as the first few days after conception. The breasts may feel fuller, swollen and especially tender to the touch. The feel of cloth or fabric against this skin may even feel different and more noticeable.
There can also be the occurrence of light spotting. This pink or brown discharge will not be entirely like a normal period. A period will start with a small flow and increase towards the middle of the cycle and then slowly ebb, whereas the spotting will be infrequent and should not ever be heavy.
Some women feel more tired even within the first few days after conception has occurred. The normal sleep schedule does not change but somehow there is the feeling of simply not being able to get enough rest. Other women may wake feeling energetic and fine but notice that at the mid-point of the day or just after their energy level suddenly dips and the need for a good nap presents itself.
The hormone most closely associated with pregnancy, the human chorionic gonadotropin or HCG hormone will begin to increase significantly for several weeks following conception. This increase contributes to morning sickness and the growing fatigue and as the level present within the body rises, conception symptoms will be quite hard to miss. Nausea will soon begin to develop and the need to urinate will swiftly become more frequent.
