Piles’ Manifestations
There is a network of small veins (blood vessels) within the inside lining of the anus and lower rectum.There is more blood than regular and the veins get wider with piles.These engorged veins and the overlying tissue could then form into a number of small swellings called haemorrhoids.The motive why these swellings occur is not completely understood. Hemorrhoids can form for an apparent purpose at times. But strain around the anus area is thought to be a major factor.Piles can develop because the stress around the anus area will increase over time.
Piles can be developed when pregnancy occurs because of the pressure from the baby. The tissues in the lining of the anus usually are not as strong the older we get in life.
Internal haemorrhoids. Where the opening of the anus is, internal haemorrhoids can form about 2-4 cms above this.How severe and big they're may be separated into 4 grades.
Grade 1 are small swellings on the inside lining of the back passage.Outside of this lining these small grade 1 swellings can't be felt or seen. Grade 1 haemorrhoids are common.From here grade 2 swellings could be found quickly. Grade 2 hemorrhoids are larger than grade 1 and can recur even after being pushed out of the anus area. Grade three hang out (prolapse) from the anus.These grade three hemorrhoids may be seen hanging out of the back passage and are small and soft.They can be pushed back inside the back passage with your finger. Grade 4 are the worst type and hang on a regular basis kind the anus and might't be pushed back in.
