Step one. Grab the lowest part of the cup with your thumb and index finger. Now gently squeeze the bottom of your cup. The seal is now released.
Step two. Pull your cup a little to the left and down. The right lip of your cup is now free.
Step three. Now pull your Mooncup slightly to the right. Both brims are free now, you can take the cup out.
Step four. The cup is out! Rinse it with warm water and wipe it dry - it's clean, fresh and ready to be used once again!
