How To Get Pregnant Faster – Ways To Boost Your Fertility

Some couples are lucky and get pregnant without too much effort. On the other hand, there are couples who just do not seem to be so lucky and have to seek professional help to get pregnant. For women to get pregnant is something that is based on a series of events, which they need to understand.

If we talk about women, hormones are released every month from the pituitary glands that stimulate the ovaries to release an egg, or ovulate. This egg then travels towards one of the fallopian tubes and this is the best time for them to get pregnant.

Knowing When the Fertility Cycle is at its Peak: Conceiving relies on certain biological events and the biological clock of every woman differs vastly from another. Figuring out when you are at the peak of fertility is a difficult task, and is similar to trying to hit a bull-eye when you are on shaky grounds. Medically speaking, you are most likely to conceive when each month hormones secreted from pituitary gland make the ovaries release an egg or ovulate. Once released, that egg makes its way to the fallopian tubes, where it is most receptive. The question is how to predict when this entire fiasco is taking place?

When your next period begins, count ahead the number of days and the week after those days would be when you are most fertile and can get pregnant. This method is quite simple for women to use who want to get pregnant faster. But, it may not work with all women, as illness, stress and exercise effects the fertility period.

Variation of Cervical Mucus: Mucus simply put means vaginal secretions. You should keep an eye out for such secretions before ovulation; you might notice clear slippery fluid. This viscous liquid bears resemblance to raw egg whites.

The conception or fertilization requires abolishing the use of all kinds of contraceptives, following regular intercourse, at least thrice a week, in order to hit the most fertile period. In addition to all these measures, the most essential thing is to take care of your health. Monitor the weight regularly and avoid the use of trans-fats. Take a balanced diet and, as a preconception measure, take vitamin B9 in form of folic acid. All these good lifestyle conditions are very helpful in achieving a healthy pregnancy.

The best time to check your temperature would be just before you get out of bed in the morning. If the higher temperature stays steady for three consecutive days, it means that ovulation has occurred and the next three days are the best time to get pregnant.

In addition to all these measures, you need to avoid certain foods and chemicals that obstruct fertility and pregnancy. Chemicals such as smoking, alcohol and caffeine are threatening for pregnancy. They decrease the probability of conception by 50 percent.

These are some of the methods that women, who are facing difficulty in getting pregnant, can adopt to increase their chances of getting pregnant and boosting their fertility. If the couple is young and newly married, they should have sex regularly, adopt a healthy living style, and the woman should give up smoking, if she does, and avoid alcohol.
