But for maximum effect it still takes a little work. There are some things that will help you lose the weight better. But what are the best things and what should be left out?

Less Carbohydrates is the word. These are in nearly everything in the fast food era. The big ones to run from are sugar and wheat. Yes Wheat! You need some form of grain, but the standard leader of the group wheat can be traded in for a slimmer cousin. There are three or four good choices so experiment until you find the one that you like.

Do not think that I am issuing an absolute Ņthou shalt not about Carbs. The key is moderation if you stop and consider what you eat you will find that you eat a ton of carbs. There are some carbs the are very useful and needful. Do not cut fresh fruit and vegetables. These carbohydrates will be useful.

While it is true that fruits and vegetables have carbohydrates, they have many of the nutrients that your body needs. If you take out a lot of your fruits and vegetables you will find that you are more tired and feel much more scattered in your thinking.

Then there is dairy. This one makes good sense. If you remember that cow are a thousand pound and God made their milk to make their babies a thousand pounds. So if you drink milk you will... No not quite, but you follow the idea. If you can avoid dairy then you will avoid the proteins that can easily turn to sugar and be stored as fat.

You can still have milk but try the smaller lean animal the goat for this.

Avoid processed food these have the nutrition taken out and junk put in. Meat like hotdogs and sausage can be a real digestion problem. Many nightmares have there root in these foods.
