A journal or routine that can be easily be remember and apply everyday is the best way to start.
It is important to know that changes in diet and exercise can generate a transition in the body. Sudden changes can cause health risk if they are not done correctly according to your doctor's recommendation. Recovering the energy after exercise is important specially during pregnancy to make sure your body respond well to the changes.
